These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorPilot AI by WealthCore ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at creatorpilotai.app ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CreatorPilot AI is an AI-powered content operating system that provides tools for content generation, brand voice personalisation, content scheduling, repurposing, and related services for creators, businesses, and agencies.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CreatorPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
CreatorPilot offers Free, Creator (₹799/month), Pro (₹1,999/month), and Agency (₹4,999/month) plans. Each plan includes specific AI generation limits, feature access, and storage limits as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect upon successful payment. Downgrades occur at the end of your current billing period when you cancel a paid subscription — your account reverts to the Free plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
CreatorPilot uses AI language models to generate content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities to existing content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. See our AI Disclaimer.
You retain ownership of content you create using CreatorPilot, including AI-generated outputs based on your inputs. You also retain ownership of all brand data, ideas, and other materials you provide. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for all content you input, generate, save, or publish through CreatorPilot. You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
You agree not to use CreatorPilot for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The CreatorPilot service, including its design, features, software, and branding (excluding user-generated content), is owned by WealthCore. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We strive to keep CreatorPilot available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
CreatorPilot integrates with third-party services including AI language model providers and Razorpay for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to maintain an active payment method for a paid plan. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account & Data.
CreatorPilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. CreatorPilot is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CreatorPilot, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
