Prohibited Uses

You may not use CreatorPilot to:

• Illegal Activity: Generate, distribute, or facilitate content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud & Scams: Create deceptive content intended to defraud, mislead, or scam others, including phishing content, fake reviews, or misleading advertisements.
• Harmful Content: Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or is intended to harm, threaten, or abuse any person or group.
• Impersonation: Create content that falsely impersonates real individuals, organisations, or entities in a way that is deceptive or harmful.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Intentionally generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Malware & Security Abuse: Use the Service to develop, distribute, or facilitate malware, viruses, or any form of cyber attack or security exploitation.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, CreatorPilot systems, or data.
• Service Disruption: Engage in activities that disrupt, overload, or interfere with CreatorPilot's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
• Usage/Subscription Bypass: Attempt to circumvent AI generation limits, subscription restrictions, feature gating, or other usage controls through technical manipulation, multiple accounts, or other means.
• Automated Abuse: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal human usage or violates rate limits, unless explicitly authorised.
• Spam: Use CreatorPilot to generate bulk unsolicited content for spamming purposes.
• Regulated Professional Advice: Present AI-generated content as professional legal, medical, financial, or tax advice without appropriate professional review and disclaimers.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you generate, save, publish, or distribute using CreatorPilot. You must review AI-generated content before publishing and ensure it complies with applicable laws and this policy.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, temporarily suspending features, or permanently terminating accounts. We may report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required.
