This policy explains how cancellation, billing, and refunds work for CreatorPilot AI subscription plans.
CreatorPilot offers a Free plan and three paid monthly subscription plans: Creator (₹799/month), Pro (₹1,999/month), and Agency (₹4,999/month). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription within the app. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
Your saved content, brand data, calendar entries, and other data remain in your account after cancellation. You can continue to view and access them under the Free plan, subject to Free plan storage limits (50 saved items).
If a recurring payment fails, your subscription enters a past-due state. Razorpay may automatically retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be cancelled. You will see a notification in your Settings if your subscription is in a past-due state.
⚠️ Owner Review Required
The specific refund eligibility criteria and rules for CreatorPilot have not yet been formally established by the business owner. Before this policy is published in production, the business owner should define and confirm the exact refund terms (e.g. whether partial refunds are offered, any cooling-off period, conditions for refund eligibility, etc.).
For refund enquiries regarding your subscription, please contact support. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
After cancellation, you can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time from the Pricing page. A new subscription starts a fresh billing cycle.
